每套設備包括氧氣機、動物專用氧氣面罩、氧氣管和加濕瓶；
氧氣設備需最少租用1個月 每月租金為HK$ 950 (免費運送)；
需收取按金HK$ 2,000，於設備歸還後5天內將全數退回；
客戶須依照操作說明適當地應用氧氣設備，歸還時確保設備和所有組件完好無缺，如有損壞需按價賠償；
不可把氧氣設備轉租或轉讓他人，或將設備移放到其他非約定的地址；
我們的氧氣設備運送覆蓋香港大部分地區，但就一些遍遠難以到達、需要樓梯般運的地址，本公司保留拒絕訂單的權利；
寵物主人需遵從獸醫建議的氧氣劑量，適當地調較氧氣機給寵物使用；
寵物主人應遵從獸醫建議給寵物適當治療，本公司並不負責對寵物健康之影響。本公司只提供氧氣設備並保證設備良好運作；
如需延長租期，請於到期前最少7天提出。本公司有權根據實際情況決定是否延長租期。

Each set of equipment includes oxygen concentrator, animal oxygen mask, oxygen tubing and humidifier bottle;
Monthly rent is HK$ 950 for our oxygen equipment (with free delivery), a minimum rental of one month is required;
A deposit of HK$ 2,000 is required and the full amount will be returned within 5 days after return of the equipment;
Customer should use the equipment appropriately in accordance with the operating instructions and return the equipment intact with all components; if the equipment is damaged, customer shall compensate our company for the loss;
Sublet or transfer of the oxygen equipment to another party is not allowed, and the equipment cannot be moved to other non-agreed addresses without our consent;
We deliver our oxygen equipment to most areas in Hong Kong. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders for addresses in areas that are in remote areas and difficult to reach, can only be accessed through staircases;
Pet owner should comply with veterinarian’s recommended oxygen dosage, and adjust the oxygen concentrator accordingly for pet to use;
We provide oxygen equipment and ensure that the equipment is in good working order. Pet owner should follow veterinary advice to give appropriate treatment to pet, our company will not be liable for the impact on the pet’s health;
If you need to extend the lease, please submit request at least 7 days before the expiration date. We reserve the right to decide whether to extend the lease, depending on the actual situation.
